Jeff Fisher – President
Northern OH, southeast Oh
Jeff is a native Clevelander and has been selling electronic components for 35 years. After graduating from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, his electronics career started as a district applications engineer with a global industrial controls manufacturer. He joined The Hofstetter Company in 1996 as a sales rep and was promoted to vice president in 2002. He purchased the 62 year old company in 2009. Jeff has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills and enjoys helping customers with his technical product knowledge. He enjoys home improvement projects and is an avid fisherman.

Julie Rudisell – Sr Sales Rep
Southern OHIO, Central OHIO & Kentucky
Julie handles the Southern Ohio and Kentucky territory. She joined The Hofstetter Company in 2000 and has 28 years of experience as a manufacturer’s representative. Prior to this, Julie spent five years in electronic distribution as an inside/outside salesperson. Her strengths are prompt followup, persistence and time management. In Julie’s spare time she enjoys working out and spending time with her children.

Roger brings a unique perspective to The Hofstetter Company, leveraging over 30 years of sales experience in Michigan across virtually every segment of the electronics industry including bare printed circuit boards, contract manufacturing services and extensive experience with distribution of electronic and electromechanical components. He is married with three wonderful children. Roger enjoys boating and is very involved in the operations of his city’s youth softball and baseball leagues.

Al has 27 years of direct sales experience across a variety of industries and has been with The Hofstetter Company for fourteen years. His territory covers Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Al brings a wealth of sales experience with him including great follow-up skills, a fantastic work ethic and a very positive attitude. Al enjoys spending time with his family and biking on the trail.

She is known for building meaningful relationships and delivering tailored solutions that support both client success and company growth. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.

Suzanne is originally from the Finger Lakes area of New York and has lived in NE Ohio for 27 years. Having worked for THC since 2009, Suzanne is responsible for the financial activities of the company. In her free time, she enjoys renovating houses, boating, and spending time with her daughters.
